Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Returning Goods
Returned items must be:
- complete
- unused
- undamaged
- ideally in their original packaging
Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract, to the return address that will be provided to you after we receive your return request.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to order according to the customer’s specifications
- custom-made lighting fixtures
- lamps modified according to customer requirements (dimensions, finish, wiring type, etc.)
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

- your order number
- a description of the issue
- photos of the product (if applicable)
We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
