(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code of the Czech Republic, the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with the conclusion of a purchase contract between the Seller and the buyer via the Seller’s online store at www.tdlamps.com.
The buyer is a natural or legal person who enters into a purchase contract with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
All presentation of goods on the website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract.
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the Buyer’s order by email.
Prior to submitting the order, the Buyer is allowed to review and modify the entered data.
PRICE OF GOODS AND PAYMENT TERMS
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT.
Payment method:
- cashless payment via the GoPay payment gateway
In the case of payment via the GoPay payment gateway, the purchase price is due immediately and is deemed paid at the moment the amount is credited to the Seller’s account.
WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
The Buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without stating a reason within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Withdrawal must be sent to the Seller within the 14-day period. The Buyer shall exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an email to info@tdlamps.com, stating the order number and identification details.
The costs associated with returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to order or customized according to the Buyer’s requirements,
- goods that have been irreversibly modified or assembled,
- other cases specified in Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Upon receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods and immediately notify both the carrier and the Seller of any defects.
RIGHTS ARISING FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE
The Seller warrants that the goods are free from defects upon receipt by the Buyer.
The Buyer is entitled to exercise rights arising from defective performance within twenty-four (24) months from receipt of the goods (liability for defects).
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The authority competent for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes is:

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Purposes of processing:
- performance of the purchase contract,
- compliance with legal obligations,
- marketing purposes (only on the basis of the Buyer’s consent).
The Buyer has the right to access personal data, request rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of 1 January 2026.
The contractual relationship shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
